Jo had a hard training. She was starting on treadmill for 10 min after 10 rowing and 10 min weight with power bag and wiper on step board. When she was tired from weight we jumped back to the treadmill for 10 min following Cross trainer for 10 min. End of training we had a good stretching. She was sweating like never before :-))) that’s what I call good start. well done Jo!

All the best jo, I am also on a mission to lose weight at the momemt with the help of attila. Started at just over 20 stone and have so far lost a stone in weight. I am doing one pt session and 2 kettlebell sessions. I know how hard it is to start with but keep going. I have found setting myself mini goals has really helped me to focus and keep the motivation going. James
