Wooohhhooo i went shopping today after colon therapy tried on a size 20 top as i would normaly wear bigger size but it was way too big i couldn’t believe it, i had to get size 18 i could have dance around the shop i am so proud of myself and so happy. As i kept wearing my baggy clothes i couldn’t really see my new shape i have to say i look great and so much slimmer it’s incredible. THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH ATTILA it’s great to have a fantastic trainer and thank you for your support guys. Tons of blessing xxx
