I had very good trainings yesturday. I was start in the swimmingpool at 9.30 and swimming for 40 min. I can not say it was great because my front crawl is still rubbish :-)) anyway i just need more practice and it will be fine. After i called my friend Angus and we went for a good bicycle ride what was fantastic. We lost a bit and the route doubled what we wanted to aiming for….it was taking 2h lovely time in our new bike:-)
after just had a nice meal, rest, and enjoj my time with the most beautiful wife…
wwowowowoow…..i was swimming for 40 min and i felt much better today!! I gonna be there soon. Just need practice, practice, practice
Brutal Kettlebell training tonight! I need a good sleep and go for swimming early morning. Good night!
Long day!!!!!! hhhhhhhhh…..No swimming but i did a TABATA training! :-)))
