  1. ….and there lies another of the problems: eating the wrong foods doesn’t give you the long term release of energy for daily living and exercise making it even harder to get more active and manage your weight. That is where your fitness advisor can help you to introduce strategies for avoiding ‘junk’ food and using exercise to aid relaxation as well as giving you more energy. Don’t live in a state of denial – there is always a solution to turn a negative feeling into a positive one.
