John started the training 5 months ago. On the first day we did a fitness test with 3 minutes running……he was suffering to finish it……AND LOOK AT HIM NOW …. Lost 3,5 stones and run half marathon. WELL DONE JOHN! YOU ARE A VERY GOOD EXAMPLE TO EVERYONE THAT EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE. THANKS FOR YOUR HARD JOB……

Building trust is the key to success………………………. i belive if you are trust in yourself that you NEVER GIVE UP you are going to reach your goal. If you trust in your trainer you will have easier way to succeed your goal because you are NOT alone!
The sign is in your trainer hands where is the right way………you just have to follow it!
