John started the training 5 months ago. On the first day we did a fitness test with 3 minutes running……he was suffering to finish it……AND LOOK AT HIM NOW …. Lost 3,5 stones and run half marathon. WELL DONE JOHN! YOU ARE A VERY GOOD EXAMPLE TO EVERYONE THAT EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE. THANKS FOR YOUR HARD JOB……
I have no clue what she is doing ;-)). I am guessing that she wanna give me a hug because she enjoyed the training so much with a very achey body after yesterday training.
The Motivation Machine

Bicycle, treadmill, free weight, boxing this was the menu on the training tonight.
1 hour madness….. She was in the best condition today since started.
This weight is what Jo doesn’t have to carry on every day…..because SHE DID IT!!!
10 days = 5kg BRILLIANT START!!! WELL
Yes…yes…yes…luckily we could start the training again. Jo is back. Her back is good but we started a nice and easy training. After a nice warm up she was walking uphill on treadmill for 40 min :-)) Well done jo!
Thursday we will start the proper workout again!
