Yes jo has lost 10kg since we started our training. Its a fantastic result! Well done Jo keep going!!!!!!
John started the training 5 months ago. On the first day we did a fitness test with 3 minutes running……he was suffering to finish it……AND LOOK AT HIM NOW …. Lost 3,5 stones and run half marathon. WELL DONE JOHN! YOU ARE A VERY GOOD EXAMPLE TO EVERYONE THAT EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE. THANKS FOR YOUR HARD JOB……
